What insights from the outbreak, experience, and response to previous urban epidemics might inform our understanding of COVID-19? How might we begin to articulate and reflect on the ways in which COVID-19 has shaped and continues to shape urban life, institutions, communities, and the built environment? How can we leverage these insights to better prevent and more justly intervene in future pandemics?
