ePORTFOLIO


What is it?

An ePortfolio is an organized collection of evidence such as documents, graphics, audio files, videos, presentations, and course work.

Who is it for?

Instructors and students at the University of Calgary, and others interested in using ePortfolios in their teaching.

What can it do?

You can use ePortfolio as a space to:
  • Collect difference forms of “data” to be used as evidence of learning, development, or competency
  • Capture your individual perceptions of learning experiences
  • Act as a medium / venue to share information
  • Serve as a developmental “space”
  • Share professional development plans


Is it University approved?

While the practice of keeping an ePortfolio is supported by the University of Calgary, not all tools suggested are institutionally approved.
