TAYLOR INSTITUTE FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING (UofC)


What is it?

The Taylor Institute Institute for Teaching and Learning (TI), situated at the University of Calgary, is both a community and a building dedicated to improve student learning and higher education teaching. It brings together teaching and learning development with research. The institute outlines guidance, shares resources, offers courses and workshops, and provide support.

Who is it for?

The resources provided by TI support both students and instructors associated with the University of Calgary and the wider teaching and learning community.

What can it do?

The TI offers a variety of programs, tutorials, workshops, and events to support learning and teaching. Especially with transfering to remote learning, TI provides information on the University of Calgary approved technologies and offers advice on how to transfer content online.
